Pictures
Go to Insert, Picture, Picture from Clip Organizer, or From File
To make a picture a background –
Resize the picture to fill the slide
Right-click on the picture, Click on Order, Send to Back
Backgrounds
Go to Format, Background or Slide Design
*You can choose to Apply to All or Apply to the Selected Slide
Slide Transitions
Go to Slide Show, Slide Transitions
*Can do On Click or Automatically After…Custom Animations
Go to Slide Show, Custom Animations, Click on what you want to animate, and then Add Effect
*Can do On Click, With Previous, or After Previous
Music (optional)
Go to Insert, Movies and Sounds, Sound from Clip Organizer or From File
*To set up music to play throughout the slide show - In Custom Animations, right-click on the sound, go to Effect Options
Action Settings (optional)
Right-Click on the object, Action Settings, Choose Mouse-click or Mouse-over, Select Hyperlink to…, choose action that you want to happen
